This is a traditional four bedroom cottage style home similar
to Plot 29. This house sits in an enviable position looking west
across the meadow and as such has been designed with a verandah to
capitalise on this view. Like Plot 29 the double garage is clad in
a board & batten finish but the Highland Perthshire look is further
enhanced with the house being built with natural stone.
The main feature of this house is the open plan kitchen and family
room which is accessed off the galleried reception hall. The family
room has a vaulted ceiling with extensive glazing. Two separate
doors lead out to the garden, one via a covered terrace which leads
onto the south facing rear garden, and the second leads onto the
west facing verandah. The focal point of the room is a fireplace
flanked by corner windows.
The 4th bedroom or study is downstairs, again accessed off the
galleried reception hall.
Upstairs the gallery gives a very light and airy feeling due to
the 4 velux windows over the Hallway.
The master bedroom boasts an en-suite with a large shower, 2 wash
hand basins and separate bath. There are 2 further bedrooms with
a family bathroom.
Plot 30 is very similar to Plot 29 the main difference being the
house is built in stone and there is a wonderful veranda on the
western elevation which is accessed from the family room.
This plot extends to 0.272 acres.
